Donations

Donations are non-refundable.

Should an error be made in the amount of any donation, the donor has 72 hours (three days) in which to notify The Canadian Academy For Dawah Arts of the error. All requests for refunds must be made in writing by email to [email protected]. The request should have the details of the initial donation including the date, amount, name of the donor, and the nature of the error. The refund will be in CAD dollars and it will be equal to the amount that the Canadian Academy for Dawah Arts has received.
 

Tickets and Registration Fees

Tickets and registration fees are not refundable.

In case the event is cancelled, The Canadian Academy For Dawah Arts will fully refund your ticket and registration fees.
 

Errors by The Canadian Academy For Dawah Arts

Should an error be made by The Canadian Academy For Dawah Arts, its financial institution or donation processing system, full refunds will be made immediately upon notification of the error and all costs borne by The Canadian Academy For Dawah Arts.
